While still delivering flavor-packed dishes, Simply Divine uses healthier cooking styles and food preparations, so that you can indulge in food truck cuisine while still maintaining a wholesome lifestyle. Cruz’s passion for cooking is evident in all of his methodically slow-cooked and perfectly seasoned dishes. Their healthful menu offerings include the popular Palomilla Bowl, made of steak and onions marinated overnight and served on top of yellow rice and beans. Florida Hospital even took notice of their Tofu Tacos Meal, awarding Simply Divine with the honor of being the only food truck to be included in the Florida Hospital Healthy 100.
